About the role
The IT/Media Associate supports the organization's technology and digital communication needs by maintaining IT systems, providing technical support and creating engaging multimedia content. The role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, digital media and content management while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Manage and update the organization's website, social media platforms and digital content.
- Design graphics, edit photos and videos, and create promotional materials.
- Assist in maintaining IT equipment and ensure data security.
- Support live events with audiovisual and technical setup.
- Collaborate with teams on digital communication and branding materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Mass Communication or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, creativity and problem-solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and IT systems.
