Sales & Marketing Associate

About the role

This full-time position drives student enrollment through targeted outreach, including school visits and digital marketing campaigns. It also helps shape and maintain the SPC brand identity so that communication stays consistent across all channels, manages customer data systems and leads promotional efforts across media to raise course visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Run outreach strategies to attract prospective students through direct visits, digital channels and marketing campaigns.
• Support the SPC brand strategy so that messaging is consistent across all communication platforms.
• Keep customer relationship databases accurate and up to date.
• Plan and launch promotions on social media, print and radio to raise awareness of available courses.
• Create and deliver enrollment kits, partnership proposals and sponsorship bids to potential organizational partners.
• Monitor enrollment metrics, produce analytical reports and forecast future student intake to support resource planning.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and run successful marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Strong brand management skills and consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
• Experience creating promotional materials for different media channels.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentation packages for stakeholders.
