Junior Civil Engineer (Associate)

About the role

The Junior Civil Engineer (Associate) supports the planning, design, construction and supervision of civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers. The role offers practical experience in project implementation, quality assurance and compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design and supervision of construction projects.
• Support site inspections, quality control and project monitoring.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings and project documentation.
• Assist with quantity estimates, project scheduling and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams and take part in training and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles and project management.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other civil engineering software is an added advantage.
